These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including taxi bookings, wheelchair-accessible transport, airport transfers, courier services, and long-distance travel.
By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, text, or email.
You must provide accurate travel details (date, time, pickup address, destination, passenger count, luggage needs, accessibility needs).
We reserve the right to refuse bookings deemed unsafe, unlawful, or unreasonable.
Passengers must provide correct flight details.
We monitor flights, but delays/cancellations beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Waiting time charges may apply beyond our standard grace period.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking unless journey details change.
Payments may be made online, by card, or in cash (if allowed).
Pre-payment may be required for airport transfers, long-distance trips, or high-value bookings.
Quotes are based on:
Distance & travel time
Time of day/night
Vehicle type required
Special assistance needs
Luggage requirements
Additional stops
Excess luggage
Waiting time beyond the included period
Cleaning fees for spills or damage
Tolls, parking, congestion or clean-air zone charges (if applicable)
Local bookings: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
Airport / long-distance bookings: Free cancellation up to 12 hours prior.
Cancellations after these times may incur a charge up to the full fare.
A booking is treated as a no-show if:
The passenger does not arrive at the pickup point
The driver cannot contact the passenger
The passenger cancels after the driver arrives
No-show bookings are charged in full.
We may cancel due to extreme weather, emergencies, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will attempt to arrange alternative transport.
Passengers must:
Be ready at the agreed pickup time
Provide correct contact information
Behave courteously and respectfully
Wear seatbelts
Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol inside vehicles
Not damage or soil the vehicle
We may refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, aggressive, or pose a safety risk.
Please specify wheelchair type and passenger needs at booking.
We provide safe boarding, restraints, and trained assistance.
Carers or support passengers are welcome to travel when space allows.
Passenger luggage is carried at owner’s risk.
Please inform us if you are travelling with bulky or medical equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse excessive or hazardous luggage.
We aim to be punctual; however, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic, accidents, road closures
Severe weather
Flight delays beyond our control
Events outside our reasonable control
Under no circumstances are we liable for:
Missed flights, trains, or appointments
Loss of income, time, or consequential damages
We recommend leaving extra time for travel, especially airport journeys.
UK law requires children to use appropriate restraints.
We can supply child seats if booked in advance.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance.
Guide/assistance dogs are always welcome.
Other animals may be accepted with advance notice.
We prioritise passenger comfort and safety. Drivers reserve the right to terminate a journey if passenger behaviour becomes threatening or unsafe.
